1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the IronQuest mobile application ("App") or accessing the IronQuest website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

IronQuest is a fitness tracking application that allows users to log workouts, track nutrition, earn achievements, and participate in social features including challenges, leaderboards, and friend groups. The App is available in free and premium tiers.

3. Accounts and Registration

The App creates a device-based identity automatically. You may optionally link a third-party account (Apple, Google, or email) for cross-device recovery. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any linked accounts.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

IronQuest Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

Gym members may receive complimentary premium access through their gym's partnership with IronQuest. This access is tied to active gym membership and includes a 7-day grace period after membership expiry.

Prices are in EUR and may vary by region. Apple and Google handle all payment processing, refunds, and applicable taxes.

5. Free Trial

IronQuest Pro may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google.

6. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of the workout data and content you create. By using social features (challenges, leaderboards, friend groups), you grant IronQuest a limited license to display your public profile information (display name, workout summaries) to other users according to your chosen share level.

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; harass or abuse other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services; submit false or misleading workout data to manipulate leaderboards or challenges.

7. Health Disclaimer

IronQuest is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from workouts tracked or suggested through the App. Use the App at your own risk.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The IronQuest name, logo, and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by IronQuest and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronQuest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austria. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
